Books to Everest!

OPAL recently delivered a consignment of high-quality theological books to Everest Theological Institute, in Kathmandu, Nepal. Here the growth of church is rapid. According to a report by International Christian Concern in February 2020 there are approximately 13,000 churches in Nepal. 

The need to develop leaders for these churches is immense. Everest Theological Institute, Kathmandu trains Christian leaders for churches, and for ministry in the workplace, who will demonstrate sound interpretation, sincere application, and effective proclamation of scripture.

It aims to develop leaders to participate in the mission of God for the spiritual transformation of people and impact communities with love, compassion, and justice.

The Principal of ETI, Chuba Ao, shared with us “We are thankful to OPAL for the donation of relevant literature to ETI. May God continue to use OPAL to reach out to places like Nepal where there is scarcity of much needed resources!”
